Direct Sales - Flex Policy
During this unprecedented time of COVID-19 pandemic, Public Charters, Inc. has instituted a Flex Policy for cancellation of our normally non-refundable fares.
If you have purchased tickets directly from Public Charters, Inc.:
If your flight has been canceled by the airline, your fare is fully refundable. A refund will be processed and funds returned to the card on which the purchase was made.
If you cancel your flight due to COVID-19 but the flight is still scheduled to fly, you must cancel more than 24 hours prior to the flight. If you receive a full credit, the funds will be available for exchange for up to one year from the date of cancellation. Please contact Public Charters, Inc. to make your cancellation. You will receive a Voucher Number to identify your credit. When you are ready to book using that credit please contact our Call Center at 877-359-7595 between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and we will be happy to help.
