Travel Agency Sales - Flex Policy
During this unprecedented time of COVID-19 pandemic, Regional Sky (4P) has instituted a Flex Policy for cancellations and changes from our normal fare rules.
If your passenger's flight has been canceled by us or one of our operating carriers, their fare is fully refundable. In order for a refund to be processed, agents must contact Regional Sky (4P) for a waiver code.
If a passenger cancels their flight voluntarily due to COVID-19 but the flight is still scheduled to fly, you must cancel more than 24 hours prior to the flight to avoid a full forfeiture. If you receive a full credit, the funds will be available for exchange for up to one year from the date of cancellation or the end of the scheduled flight program. Agents must contact Regional Sky (4P) for a waiver code in order to make exchanges with those funds without penalty. New bookings are subject to the available fares at the time of booking.
