Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, effective March 17, 2020, Ultimate Air Shuttle terminated all of their business shuttle flights out of their Cincinnati (LUK) base indefinitely.
Regional Sky (4P) was contracted with them to sell on the GDS through May 31, 2020.
4P authorized refunds to all Agents who had passengers booked through 4P on flights operating between March 17, 2020 and May 31, 2020. We will not be processing refunds for any unused tickets or permitting exchanges for tickets. Our tickets have always been non-refundable. By Law under 14 CFR Part 380 Public Charter Regulations, we have no further obligation for unused tickets after the termination of a DOT approved program. However Ultimate Jet Shuttle has advised us that they will consider any unused 4P tickets to be re-booked on a non-revenue/positive space basis on any route that they have published at the time of rebooking.
